Luciano Munzo is probably not the first person to be smitten by Bollywood. But he is definitely one of the few non-Indians who can't wait to catch one of killer Khans strutting their stuff on the silver screen. In fact, he always sets aside sometime during his trip to India, to catch up on some masala Hindi movies

Designation and Company: Regional Director, Southern Europe, India and South Africa, Experian International

Frequency of visits to India: My first visit to India was in June 2005. Since then, I have been visiting this country quite regularly.

Luciano Manzo

What I like about India: India is a country whose great drive to make the most of its amazing stock of human capital has consolidated into a big success and that taking it to its rightful place among the world's nations. The hospitality and candidness of its people and the richness and strength of its culture are unparalleled to anywhere in the globe. Also I love to see some Hindi movies here. 'Monsoon Wedding' comes to the top of my head as one, which I enjoyed very much. I, however, cannot recall the name of the starring actors or actresses.

What I dislike about India: The growing traffic in the big cities: an indisputable sign of economic progress. But sometimes it is not a very good experience.

What I look forward to in India: I look forward to share the knowledge gathered by Experience in many countries over the years and participate in the development of the Indian credit market into a healthy, stable and sound long-term success.

One thing about India that has stuck to my mind: The very high quality of IT-related activity that takes place in the country is an inspiration in itself. IT design, development, web pages, Internet work, all show a very high degree of commitment and professionalism.  After a few trips I am getting to know India little by little. Although there are many emblematic places - undoubtedly beautiful and attractive such as Taj Mahal - the quality of the people that I find here makes any place worth visiting.
