WHAT I LIKE ABOUT INDIA: India is one country, which personifies
coexistence of myriad religions and multifarious traditions. A country with a
population of a billion is treading on a phenomenally successful path spanning
different sectors be it business, entertainment and educational front. The
beautiful landscape of the country is enthralling to the human eye. One end the
country is ensconced with soothing water-bodies and on the other is entrenched
with verdant greenery and breath taking panorama of historical monuments like
the epitome of love, Taj Mahal, renowned citadel-Qutub Minar and plethora of
exquisite structures like City Palace, Charminar, and the list goes on. Besides
the historical monuments, the spectacle of exquisite temples like Golden Temple
in Amritsar, Konark Temple in Orissa, Akshardham in Delhi makes one feel the
abundant beauty India, as a country has to offer. Indians make visitors from
distant locations feel at home with their chivalrous attitude and their ability
to involve people in surfeit of festival celebrations with a delectable palate.
With such a rich and magnificent variety to offer, you truly feel on top of the
world.

WHAT I DON'T LIKE ABOUT INDIA: India as a country has great
prospects to become amongst the top five powerful countries of the world due to
assets like unparalleled intellect, numerous opportunities, cost arbitrage and
the never-say-die spirit of Indians. To make headway across different lines,
what is needed is a strong infrastructure, be it in terms of capital assets,
fixed assets or intangible assets besides easing of law and regulations in terms
of foreign investment limit in India.
WHAT I LOOK FORWARD TO IN INDIA: The only area, which needs a major
boost is provision of education to Indians in the rural arena as I personally
feel they play a very important role in propelling the growth of a country,
which is agrarian inclined
ONE THING ABOUT INDIA THAT HAS STUCK TO MY MIND: India as a country is
multi-lingual. This attribute has made me witness how celebrations like Diwali,
Id, Christmas, Onam are celebrated with fervor across different communities
throughout the year which in turn has benefited companies like BenQ who has
recorded a consistent sales annually. During this period people splurge
money to decorate their houses, gift their near and dear ones valuable and
productive items like cell phones, laptops etc. This trend speaks volumes about
how companies working in the arena of gadgets and gizmos have a great scope to
make it big in India with different offerings for various target groups.
