Other standalone IT solutions include revenue integrity and automatic
ticket reissue tools, in addition to full e-ticket interlining and
ground-handling management technology services.
Current infrastructure of the company
Amadeus India has HP, Dell and IBM Intel-based servers and workstations along
with multiple printers, LAN switches, routers, firewalls, backup software with
SCSI drives for backup, spam prevention box, bandwidth load balancer providing
redundancy over multiple ISP links, lease lines, Internet access line on fiber
and DSL on copper telephone PBX and communication units that enable the smooth
running of its day-to-day operations.
Proposed IT infrastructure for 2007
Amadeus India is looking to upgrade the firewall box and plan to upgrade the
backup software along with increasing the backup capacity and redundancy on the
backup drive. This would help to further improve its services to the customers.

Amadeus India procures its systems from various vendors depending on the need.
