New India every time

Herman Lundquist on every visit finds a new India. The environment, culture, inquisitiveness of the people and food forces him to come here again and again

DESIGNATION & COMPANY: Senior Marketing Manager, Canon

FREQUENCY OF VISITS TO INDIA: Once every quarter.

Herman Lundquist

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT INDIA: There are lot of memorable memories I have of people, food, nature, religion, culture and entertainment. I simply love to spend time here. Every time I come here I find a new India. I always learn new things on every visit, even though I only come here for business with very little time to explore my surroundings.

WHAT I DON'T LIKE ABOUT INDIA: Since I come here on business, sometimes I long for a quiet spot where I can gather my thoughts. Such places are hard to find here (even temples and hotels seem very crowded and noisy to a Swede). I wish I could change that.

WHAT DO YOU LOOK FORWARD TO IN INDIA: There is actually so much to look forward to in India. People's curiosity and willingness to discuss things and inquisitiveness to know you better is the best that one can get any where in the world. And the food, of course tops the list.

ONE THING ABOUT INDIA THAT HAS STUCK TO MY MIND: Honestly speaking quite a lot, but the fact that there are people everywhere you go, all the time, is something one cannot forget.
