Current IT infrastructure of the company
Infrasoft Technologies has a strong and secured domain environment consisting of
active directory enabled windows 2000/2003 servers. The servers are rack mounted
high-end, branded servers, RAID-5 configured. Applications are mainly developed
in .Net, Java/J2EE, VC++ and Delphi platforms with DB2, SQL and Oracle as
database software in the backend. AllLAN devices are connected to Layer 2
switches. These Layer 2 switches are terminated on Layer 3 switch for
centralized manageability. Also they have implemented VLAN for separating
broadcast domains and to have stronger security.

Infrasoft Technologies uses StarTeam 2005 for software
configuration management. The complete process of creating builds and regression
testing is automated using automated testing tools.
Proposed IT infrastructure for 2006
Infrasoft Technologies is planning to implement IPSec VPN tunnel between India, UK, US, Kuala Lumpur and Dubai offices for securing data flow in
encrypted format. Plans are also in the pipeline to set up video conferencing equipment for better and
direct communication.
