Supertron's entire revenue comes as agency contribution. It's revenue for the fiscal 2000-01 stood at Rs 65 crore, which is a 43 percent increase over previous fiscal's revenue of Rs 46 crore. However, the growth rate has halved when compared to last year's 82 percent.

After successfully handling the parts and peripherals channel business, Supertron Electronics started marketing assembled systems under the brand name 'SuperComp'.

The company also ensured strict maintenance of quality, steady growth and relentless after-sales service.

During the last fiscal, Supertron focused on supplying computer peripherals to major OEMs and a large number of resellers. It offered a broad range of computer systems, parts, peripherals, consumables and networking products.

It presently distributes for Seagate, Mercury, Sony, LG, TVS, HP, DAX, Intel, Microsoft and Apcom.

Supertron is also the rate contract holder from the Directorate General of Supplies & Disposals, Government of India for supply of computer systems, servers, hardware peripherals and software.

Supertron has a good distribution network with branches in major Indian cities. It is also the system builder partner and authorized reseller for the complete range of Microsoft products.

Recently, Supertron also set up its online support facilities. "Our endeavor is not just to sell products, but also to render after-sales services as and when required. Our sales and service team comprises experienced and dedicated technocrats who spare no stone unturned to extend support services to the best satisfaction of the buyers," says V K Bhandari, CEO.
