The new wide screen Acer TravelMate 3010 series notebook features the latest Intel Centrino Duo (NAPA) mobile technology and is targeted at business professionals who require reliable, go-anywhere computing.

Weighing 1.5 kg (with built-in camera) and featuring an ultra-compact A4-size form factor it sports a pre-coating aluminum design finish. Its high-brightness 16:10, 12.1 inch widescreen with Acer CrystalBrite technology enhances 30% picture visibility and readability.  The series (TM3010) is equipped with Intel 945GM Express chipset and 80GB SATA hard disk drive and 512MB DDR2 dual-channel memory for working on increasing applications, files and multimedia content.

Acer's Empowering Technology offers a suite of tools like the eDataSecurity  Management  which encrypts files to prevent unauthorized  access,  eLock Management, ePerformance Management, eRecovery Management, eSettings Management, eNet Management, ePower Management and ePresentation Management. 

Additionally, the latest proprietary Acer SignalUp and GridVista technologies have been incorporated into this notebook for wireless connectivity as well as optimized feature driven display management.

Available at Rs 84,999, the TM3010 offers connectivity with hot-swappable Acer MediaBay modules, ExpressCard 34 and PC Card Type II slots, a DVI-D port, the 8X DVD-Super Multi double-layer optical disk drive and 5-in-1 card reader with three USB 2.0, IEEE 1394, Fast IR and VGA. The Acer PCI Express ezDock is an optional docking solution that supports connections to 24 desktop peripherals and digital devices.
