Intel Corporation introduced Pentium M processor 765, enabling broader range of Intel Centrino mobile technology-based notebooks for corporate and home users.

Based on Intel's mobile architecture, the new processor features 2MB of integrated, power-managed level 2 cache and a frequency of 2.10 GHz. It also has a power optimized 400 MHz system bus and includes power saving technologies such as Enhanced Intel Speedstep Technology, to optimize application performance and power consumption for extended battery life.

Intel Pentium M processors, along with Intel 855 chipset family and the Intel PRO/Wireless network connection family, are key components of Intel Centrino mobile technology. The Intel Pentium M processor 765 is priced at $637.
