New Delhi: ViewSonic Corporation, a global provider of visual display products, today announced the expansion of its India operations. After having established its leadership in the 'display technology' with its state of art LCD monitors, projectors in India, the company is now expanding its footprint into PCs computers and consumer electronics segment by launching a wide range of its global flagship products for the first time in India.

The new product line includes a wide range of high quality Netbooks, Notebooks, All In One PC (AIO), PC mini, media players, VPD, digital photo frame to be offered to the Indian market. Expanding it range of offerings in the PC/computing segment, ViewSonic brings a slew of products that cater to the needs of a wide range of users. This includes products that offer users a never before computing experience. Wide range of Notebooks or Viewbook as its known will come with Windows 7 operating System and will beat all technological and other barriers faced by users. Its ultra light weight, thin constructions but yet with option of optical hard drive and interchangeable long life polymer battery will be a delight to its user.

In order to support its ambitious market expansion plans, ViewSonic has established its complete India operations. ViewSonic India, which was earlier more of a business Development office will now be acting as a full fledged operational base for ViewSonic in India. Local warehouses and billing points are already being put up at various locations in a phase manner. The purpose is to come closer to the minds of the customer.
