New Delhi: Sybase India and Wipro Infotech recently announced the extension of their partnership towards promoting Sybase Technologies for business continuity and enterprise mobility solutions.

Wipro will provide customized services aimed at empowered and enhanced information management, disaster recovery management and enterprise mobility using Sybase products. These services are targeted at healthcare, manufacturing, government, pharma, IT and BFSI segments.

Sunil Jose, MD-India/Sub-continent, Sybase said, “This agreement extends the long-term collaboration between Sybase and Wipro. Wipro will complement our strategy to offer the best technologies in business continuity and enterprise mobility solutions to customers across India.” Talking about the benefits to their customers, Jose further added, “Our partnership has benefited a number of Indian and global clients who have seen a clear return on investment in their business. With this partnership, I foresee further synergies being created and growing in the business continuity and enterprise mobility solutions market by helping business decision makers make good decisions, better.”

Commenting on the agreement, Anuj Bhalla, GM and Business Unit Head-Enterprise Services, Wipro Infotech said, “Sybase has a unique base of products in the areas of enterprise mobility and information management solutions. With this partnership, we can now provide our customers a unique service proposition to deliver, manage and secure information anywhere based on their business requirements.”
