Mumbai: Rajkot Channels Trader Association (RCTA) has tied up with Intex (IT hardware, mobile phones and electronics company) to sponsor their bi-monthly bulletin. This will be an yearly tie-up and the bulletin will publish advertisements and provide information about the upcoming products of Intex.
“We are thankful to Intex for supporting us and hope that this collaboration will go a long way. It is akin to a give-and-take relationship where Intex will sponsor our bulletin and we will inform people about their products. Intex is an organization which comes up with new products very often and this bulletin will be the best way to reach out to the people,” said Kalpesh Rughani, President, RCTA. RCTA has also sent proposals to approximately 60-65 IT companies and will be adding more companies to their list.
Stressing upon the need for monetary help, Rughani said that he will make sure that the basic cost of the association expenses will be taken care of. “We hold many technical seminars and exhibitions in our association, so the sponsorship will not be an issue for us anymore,” added Rughani.
Generally, the association has to look after all the expenses during the events and exhibition. So this initiative seems to be the latest strategy for the partners in the Rajkot region. “This idea was suggested and approved by the internal members of our association,” concluded Rughani.
RCTA will be holding a IT exhibition in the month of Jan next year and has already tied up with LG through verbal talks. Page(s) 1
