Emarson IT Solutions has recently been appointed as the distributor for Minicom Advanced Systems, an Israel based manufacturer of professional audio/video distribution systems and CAT5 technology. With this tie up in place the company will be furthering KVM and digital Signage products in the market. Emarson will be appointing three distributors each for both the range of products.

Talking about the tie up Prateek Jaswant, Consultant, Emarson IT Solutions (P) Ltd stated, “We saw potential and commitment coming from Minicom and tied up with the company in the month of May. While there is an existing demand for KVM products in data centers across verticals such SMB and large enterprises. Digital Signage products though in its nascent stage has the ability to tap verticals such as retail, hospitality, hotels, trading and brokerage companies. Given the pace at which retail stores are coming up in the country the digital Signage solution has immense scope.”

Emarson has already deployed Digital Signage solutions with some of the big retail chains in Bangalore, Mumbai and Noida.

Elaborating on the market strategy Sumeet Prakash, Director, Emarson IT Solutions (P) Ltd mentioned, “We are looking to appoint regional distributors for KVM and digital Signage products and will be appointing three distributors each in cities such as Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore. If the response is good we may further appoint regional distributors in Chennai and Hyderabad region as well.”

In their bid to support the partners, Emarson will also be providing training to the engineers and sales representatives with their partners. “We will be inviting engineers from Minicom to come and train the engineers of our partners so that they can further support the product. These engineers will provide trainings, update about the latest products and do competition analysis on a regular basis,” added Prakash.

As part of its expansion plan, the company is also looking to set up branch offices in Mumbai and Bangalore by the month of September. Emarson is a Network Integration that deals in products including LAN/WAN, Network Security, Storage, KVM and Digital Signage solutions.
