BenQ has announced its foray into the laptop segment in India with a range of
sleek, designer Joybooks. The new range will offer three distinct models-S32W,
R43 and Q41. BenQ Joybooks aim to provide digital life experience with their
UltraVivid technology and true-to-life display.
Sure to make an impression on the corporate women, the S32W model has a
silver strip with a diamond-cut logo on the outside to match the artistic POP
art pattern, 3D image embedded in the aluminum body and a ripple textured
touchpad. The Q41 Joybook model has a 2.5-inch screen on the outer panel that
allows users to view photos, play games and listen to music even when the
Joybook's lid is closed. The BenQ R43 Joybook comes with a deep black lid and
a band with an inscribed laminar film.

BenQ's patented UltraVivid technology increases the brightness of the
screen by using DBEFTM (display brilliance enhancement film) technology. The
Joybooks incorporate Intel Core 2 Duo processor and Windows Vista Premium. In
addition, the laptops come with wireless connectivity, built-in Bluetooth,
speakers, microphones and one touch back-up process for data security.
