Perot Systems Corp announced that it has acquired Original Solutions, an IT
services firm providing applications development and management services to
clients in Ireland and the United Kingdom. Original Solutions' competencies
include web applications and client server development, enterprise integration
and legacy systems re-engineering, as well as significant expertise in IT
service management and IT infrastructure library process management.

Solutions will enhance our expanding worldwide IT services capabilities.”
