In a bid to form a new managing committee, members of Ghaziabad Computer
Association recently conducted their elections in which approximately 40 members
participated.
Arun Kakkar of Nutek Computers was unanimously chosen as President while
Manoj Agarwal of Baba Enterprises replaced Vivek Singhal as VP. Gopal Sharma of
Apson Computers will continue at his post as Secretary. Vaibhav Jain of Shree
Jee Enterprises has replaced Sanjeev Mittal as Joint Secretary. Shishir Agarwaal
of ASRG International retained his position as Treasurer.
Talking about the newly formed committee, Kakkar mentioned that there are
several plans that the newly formed body will execute in 2008-09. “We want to
organize a trade fair in Ghaziabad, a plan that we have not been able to execute
since February this year. The event will be known as 'Computer Carnival' and
we plan to invite some of the major vendors to participate,” said Kakkar.
This is the first time the association will be organizing a fare in a bid to
offer their customers the best in quality IT products and information about the
