Bangalore-based Eurotech Technologies has announced the launch of 8 and 16-port BestNet LCD KVM switches in India. The switch features a four-in-one console drawer, a 15-inch TFT-LCD, keyboard and touch pad integrated in a 1U high and 19-inch rack mountable unit.

The BestNet brand of LCD KVM switches and the complete product set would be available in India through a wide range of channel partners, VARs and Eurotech's regional office in New Delhi.

It provide secure access, control, and management of an entire enterprise infrastructure and multiple users can have secure access and control of multiple servers and platforms using a variety of access and connectivity options.

The range also features a three-layer daisy chain that allows one to control up to 2048 / 4096 computers from console drawer and supports, Win95/98/NT/2000/ME/XP, Netware, OS/2, Mac, Sun Linux and Unix. The switch enables plug-n-play installation, which helps in leveraging the existing infrastructure for consolidated access to almost every enterprise IT device, anytime, from anywhere.
