BenQ announced the launch of its latest range of LCD monitors in widescreen format. It showcased three new LCD monitor models-the 15-inch T52WA, the 19-inch T92WA and the 24-inch G2400W. The new range aims to deliver performance for everyday business, education and home entertainment applications.

G2400W, the 24-inch LCD monitor features 'senseye+photo' technology and is Vista Premium certified. It has a contrast ratio of 1,000:1 and a response time of 5ms. The company claims that the 'senseye+photo' technology ensures on-screen color accuracy for precise color editing which makes it an ideal for professionals related to the photography, gamers and home users. The monitor is priced at Rs 25,000.

T92WA-the 19-inch LCD monitor has been positioned by the company as a 'tough' monitor, when it comes to functionality, reliability and value. The T92WA LCD features a contrast ratio of 800:1, high dynamic contrast ratio of 2,500:1, 16.7 million color display, and 5ms response time. The monitor is priced at Rs 9,000.

T52WA-the 15-inch LCD monitor is a practical, space-saving widescreen monitor with a quick 8ms response time, 16.7 million colors display and a 400:1 contrast ratio. The monitor is priced at Rs 7,200.

Ish Bawa, Marcom Head, BenQ India said, “Our biggest strength in LCD monitors lies in the wide range of monitors that we offer to the end customers. We use panels manufactured by AU Optronics and BenQ. As a result, we have been able to set trends in this category in terms of design and technology, and been able to deliver the best viewing experience to the users.” All models will be available in India through BenQ dealers and IT zones.
