Lenovo has introduced the Lenovo Y410 Snowmountain design, a 'Winter Edition' notebook of its Y410 Audio DJ Series. The notebook features the "8000 vertical state of mind..." represented by the world's 5 highest summits - Makalu (8463 m.), Lhotse (8516 m.), Kanchenjunga (8586 m.), K2 (8611 m.) and Chomolungma (8844 m.) - on the notebook front cover. It also has on the inside, a vignette of a mountaineer, scaling a peak, both signifying challenges, aspirations, and the constant climb towards quality and success.

The Lenovo Y410 Snowmountain design notebook features Audio DJ capability, which allows the user to play music while the laptop is turned off. The 14.1'' widescreen notebook has the audio function panel encased design outside the top cover and the slot-in ODD at the side panel. In addition, it also has Easy Capture, a multimedia software application for easy photo editing and Power to go, for reading and recording data.

It has multimedia capabilities, such as front facing Dolby Home Theatre speakers, an integrated microphone for playing and recording audio, an integrated webcam for personal communication, an integrated DVD recordable drive and shuttle Centre along with the latest edition of AUDIO DJ.

The Lenovo 3000 Y410 has security features such as biometric face recognition technology that enhances data security and allows the notebooks to be used by multiple users seamlessly, one touch recovery, which allows the user to recover a PC to its last backed-up state with the press of a button and longer battery life upto 4 hours.

The Lenovo Y410 Snowmountain is priced at Rs.58,990 (exclusive of taxes) and is available in all Lenovo authorized stores across India.
