Brother International (India), a producer of Laser and Inkjet imaging devices, has unveiled its first Customer Corporate Solution Center (CCSC) in India. This center is a part of Brother's global initiative to offer its customers a convenient way to select products suited for their needs and to get a first hand look at the company's latest product offerings.

"The CCSC is present in all our regional head offices across the world. We are extremely pleased to finally offer such services to our customers in India," said Toshiyuki Takamure, MD of Brother International (India). Located at the company's corporate head office in Mumbai, Customers can see Brother's latest products, view demos, get advise on what to buy, a brief about service queries and purchase consumables at this center.

"The objective behind having such a center is to offer the customer an even wider range of product choices, advice them as to what product would be best suited for their needs, answer queries with regard to service and warranty etc. This will, thus, ensure that our rapport with our customers is continuously strengthened," said Anand Kumar, GM, Brother International (India).

The center will cater to all Brother customers including home users, SMB and corporate buyers. It will be open from Monday to Friday between 9 am to 6 pm.
