Bangalore-based Ranal Software, which provides information technology applications in the engineering domain, has recently launched CAMeLEAN, a program management solution for its customers worldwide. The solution would be taken to customers through Ranal's existing base of channel partners that are spread across the country.

Elaborating on its features, Vijay Babu, VP, of Ranal Software, said, "CAMeLEAN is an enterprise class role-based program management solution that helps organizations collaborate and communicate across projects, time zones and geographies and gives them the ability to monitor from a single point. This allows organizations to consolidate control and visibility over their project pipeline through a single web-based enterprise framework that synchronizes all projects, resources, issues, deliverables and time within programs.

Currently Ranal has about 15 channel partners, mostly SIs working with it across the country. Ranal itself acts as a master distributor and provides it partners maple training both on the sales as well as technical end to enable them to sell better. On the anvil, according to Babu is the signing up of new partners, expansion into tier one and tier two cities as well as new product launches into the India market.

While Ranal would continue to work on it enterprise customers, the focus verticals of business would be IT, engineering services and manufacturing, construction, government and education, Babu said. The Company is meanwhile looking to spread its wings into the SMB market in India and would soon bring to them a slew of customized products and solutions.
