Compuware has announced the appointment of Celerity Networks as its partner to effectively address the fast growing application service management market in India. The appointment will enable Celerity Networks to support Compuware's aggressive growth plans in India by distributing its vantage suite of products. In addition Celerity Networks will build unique solutions around Compuware's vantage suite to help organizations improve their IT infrastructure and VoIP implementations.
