Unistal systems plans to add 300 channel partners globally for its recently launched online 'data recovery over internet' portal. The company has recently launched its online data recovery service www.idatacare.com. According to Alok Gupta, Director -Marketing, Unistal systems," We are targeting the global market. We are planning to increase our channel partner network to enhance our business. We will be adding 300 channel partners globally by this year-end."

The data recovery over Internet is a fully automated service through, which clients are able to log on a report about any problem related to date recovery, anti-virus or Internet security products. Customers across the globe can bring their media (hard disk) to any of our authorized Unistal channel partner for data recovery. The channel partner connects the hard disk to proprietary connectivity tool developed by us, over static IP. The data recovery engineers based in the Unistal Central Recovery Lab in New Delhi performs the data recovery process online. The customers can also track the status of their job online.

After the launch of the data recovery over Internet, Unistal has started the customer support center here in Delhi, which will address global customers. On the anvil is to start the center 24X7 for customers from abroad.
