Netgear Technologies, a worldwide provider of technologically advanced, branded networking products is organizing a training program for SI partners starting from Delhi on April 9, 2007. The nationwide training program will cover metropolitan cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore and Hyderabad in the first phase. In the second and third phase, Netgear will cover 15 non-metro cities spread all over India. The second and third phase of training programs will take place in May and June respectively.

The full day training program will consist of two sessions.

Sanjay Kumar, Head of SMB Product Line from Netgear Santa Clara (USA) office will especially visit India to address the pre-lunch sessions at five major cities viz. Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and Kolkata. The post lunch sessions will focus on hands-on training to impart the techniques of configuration to channel Partner for their customers.

"Netgear Technologies is focusing on small and medium businesses (SMB) worldwide. We will follow the same focus for India as well. The objective is to equip our channel partners on Netgear Solutions on configuration of new products," explained Sanjay Kumar, Head SMB Product Line, Netgear Inc. USA.

Atul Jain, Country Manager for India and SAARC, Netgear said "This training session will help the clients in understanding and utilizing Netgear products effectively and profitably."

"The highlights of the training will be its focus on Netgear new products in Smart Switches, Managed Switches, Firewall, SSL VPN products and their usage for SMBs, besides few more newer Technologies like 802.11N (Draft) wireless technology (upto 300Mbps), Power line products, Netgear Skype Phones and Digital Entertainer. The Training will also have sessions on the application and configuration of various Netgear Products like SSL VPN, Smart Switches and 801.22N(draft) Wireless Products," he added.
