Asia Powercom, power solutions provider in the country, will offer Rackmount series of UPS to enhance its range of products in the country.

The rackmount range of products will enable Asia Powercom to penetrate newer markets and offer specific features for the SME segment with up to 500 computers and looking for specially designed for mission critical environment equipments that are build on a rack mount, which is becoming popular, an Asia Powercom statement said.

The Rackmount range of products of Asia Powercom consist of fully digitized microprocessor control system that can perform all kind of power management tasks to protect the system against blackout, surge, spike, over-voltage and under-voltage with pure sine-wave that purify the power from distorted AC source.

These products are shipped with UPSMON plus, UPS monitoring software that saves data in open files, closes open application and shuts down the operating system without user attendance.

Other features include power event log, scheduled system shutdown, remote UPS management. The control panel offers easy to read LCD status display that shows all the information you have to know about the UPS status. Optional SNMP feature will allow you to remotely access and manage multiple sets of UPS via the Internet.

The company already has a range of products in Line Interactive range; online UPS range, Notebook surge protectors and HOM UPS range of products. It has three models in the Line Interactive segment with 600 VA, while the 1KVA and 2KVA models have both built in and extend back up models. In the Online UPS segment, the company has a range of models starting from 1 KVA and upto 10 KVA and plans to introduce more models in the 15 – 30 KVA range shortly.
