Gigabyte Technology India

Gigabyte Technology India, a manufacturer of motherboards, VGA cards and other computing hardware solutions, has launched Radeon X1K series graphic cards. It introduced the latest addition to the Silent-Pipe II-series of fan-less high performance graphics cards - GV-RX13P256DE-RH and GV-RX16P256DE-RH.

These VGA cards features a proprietary front-flow thermal module and revolutionary design employing natural convection to keep the GPU cool. Developed as a total green computing solution, the card's quiet operation reduces noise pollution in its immediate vicinity while being lead, mercury and cadmium free for RoHS compliance.

Rounding off it's suitability for consumer electronics quality video, these cards fully supports Microsoft Direct X 9.0 Shader Model 3.0 and integrates with Radeon X1600 Pro VPU and 256 MB GDDR2 video memory to ensure high performance PC gaming and digital media playback.

The GV-RX13P256DE-RH and GV-RX16P256DE-RH are available at an approximate street price of Rs 6,990 and Rs 8,990, respectively with a three-year warranty.
