Elitegroup Computer Systems Inc, a manufacturer of motherboards and notebook products, has announced a '30-minute' instant service policy for its newly launched 865G-M8 motherboards in India. Under this policy, ECS will offer 30 minutes support services for its 865G-M8 motherboards, at its partner managed support centers, in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Calcutta and Mumbai. 

Similarly, 24 hour instant service on these motherboards will be available in 11 other Indian cities, which include Ahmedabad, Coimbatore, Pune, Jaipur and Cochin, to name a few. In order to enable this superior and quicker service, ECS has a put together a well-trained team of support staff at its partner managed service centers.

“At Elitegroup Computer Systems Inc., we understand the importance of providing superior support and convenient service to our customers,” says David Chien, VP of Global Channel Sales, ECS. “It is towards this end that we have announced our latest 30-minute instant service policy, whereby customers can walk in with a damaged motherboard and walk out with a rectified system within 30 minutes flat.”

Elitegroup Computer Systems Inc. distributes and markets its products in India through Cyberstar Infocomm, who in turn sell to a channel base of dealers and resellers spread across the country.

Now, having announced its unique 30 minute service policy, ECS has further fortified its position as the market leader in this segment,” opines Raj Rathi, MD, Cyberstar Infocomm. “We are very happy to be associated with ECS for the Indian market and feel that this latest announcement will be very well received by their customers,” he adds.
