Zenith Computers announced its foray in to the manufacture and delivery of its 15" and 17" LCD monitor. Zenith will now venture into the production of LCD monitors for desktops and laptops. Zenith will offer its range of LCDs Monitors as standalones for desktops and laptops.

According to industry estimate, the LCD market share at 14percent during 2005 and is expected to grow to 22percent by 2008 and replace the traditional CRT monitors. Zenith's focus on high value computing products such as laptops and LCDs, is expected to contribute to approximately 60 percent of the company's revenue within 2 years.
