Aphelion Communications, a global wireless network solution provider focusing on enablement of high throughput wireless transmission technology for Wi-Fi and WiMax, announced the availability of its products and solutions in India. It has appointed TelExcell Information Systems as its national distributor. Aphelion will leverage on TelExcell's extensive network of channel partners and branch offices across the country to distribute its products effectively.

Besides, based on repeater feature, Internet access can be extended twice of distance. Aphelion also has cost effective solutions for deployment of hotspots, which enable applications like outdoor surveillance, outdoor inventory control and outdoor baggage handling. Besides this, wireless solutions for last mile access and mesh networks are a part of Aphelion's portfolio as well.
