Keeping pace with its organizational growth and after SP Rajguru joined as Executive Director; Neoteric Informatique has a new addition on board. Sanjay Zadoo has joined the distributor as Assistant Vice President, Sales. 

At Neoteric, Sanjay will head the entire sales and branch operations and also head and develop a 140-member sales troop. He would be responsible for taking business to the next level in the hierarchy by implementing systems and processes for the sales group. Sanjay would also look into developing newer and emerging markets, thereby spreading the existing reach and network.

Sanjay's strength lies in the belief that responsibility and authority go hand in hand, and eventually he manages to inculcate this philosophy to his line and staff managers. 

Sanjay, who hails from North India and currently based in Mumbai, has a vast experience of around 12 years in the IT distribution industry. Before his current assignment, Sanjay was at Ingram Micro, India wherein he joined as a Business Manager and then moved on to become the Deputy General Manager for western and northern region in erstwhile Ingram. Post the merger, he was responsible for branch sales as DGM-Sales (North).
