With an aim to increase its business activity in the Indian region, Israel-based Nice Systems is looking forward to working with more partners in order to strengthen its Indian operations. Nice is a provider of advanced solutions that enable organizations to extract insight from interactions.

“As far as our current operations in India are concerned, we work very closely with Avaya GlobalConnect. As we move forward, we are looking at developing partnerships with companies operating in niche areas like public safety and lawful interception. The idea is to develop a proper ecosystem for our solutions and applications in this region,” informed, Rajesh Handu , India Country Head, Nice Interactive Solutions India.

The company's move to have partnerships in areas like the public safety and lawful interception comes at a time when it is trying to focus its efforts towards realizing the full potential of the Indian market. “There is a big opportunity lying in front of us and we do not have much of a competition in the area that we are operating. So moving forward our strategy would be to identify people already working in these areas and try to work together in order to address this market opportunity,” he added.

Nice provides insights from interactions, based on content analytics of telephony, web, radio and video communications. It solutions are directed towards helping businesses achieve operational performance and security as well.
