With an aim to help enterprises achieve high-standards of customer delight, Delhi-based system integrator Micro Clinic is all set to launch an automated information system (AIS) in the Indian market. The company has tied up with US-based JulyMorning Inc to make the AIS product available in the Indian market.

“In today's scenario, big and small enterprises are looking at retaining their set of customers. This calls for them to maintain high standards of response systems. Our product will help them deliver the best customer delight when it comes to solving a customer's problem,” informed Tarun Seth, CEO at Micro Clinic.

He plans to launch this product by 1st December 2005. “Right now we have this product ready in English and Hindi versions and later on we are going to have Marathi, Tamil and Punjabi versions as well. We would be targeting this product towards verticals – like banking, telecom and all the software houses, which already have the help desk. This product will help them automate their helpdesk in an efficient way,” Tarun added.

Once operational, the product would create automated information services utilizing automated-voice and SMS that generate new revenue streams and reduce existing cost structures for the customers. The company is giving trial version of this product free of cost to its potential customers.

“This would eventually be deployed wherever there is a need to deliver information to customers, either when they call in (in-bound) or when information is sent to them (out-bound). The system utilizes text-to-speech and speech-to-text technology in order to record and deliver critical information to the customer in a timely manner,” Tarun explained.

The product delivers information to callers via Automated-Voice (landline or wireless phones) and/or via Automated-Text (SMS or Text messages to mobile phones, Text to PDA's etc).
