Computer Association Of Eastern India (COMPASS) is organizing an Used & Discounted PC Show in Kolkata to be held for three days from 2nd to 4th September, 2005. The show guarantees to be the first of its kind in the IT industry in terms of range of items to be available, price and reach. It will give an opportunity to the IT community and the end-user to purchase used and phased out PC items at low prices.
There will be 22 participants with 28 stalls, offering a range of computers, laptops, furniture, peripherals, books, CD'S and more. “The start made by COMPASS on the Used and Discounted PC Show, few years back has grown. This year, we have promised that this show will be held as a landmark for the IT industry,” assured Pawan Jajodia, Chairman, COMPASS Exhibition Committee.
The show will help channel partners in clearing out their old, outdated and obsolete stock. At the same time, it will allow end-users across Eastern India an opportunity to avail the PCs, peripherals and accessories they wanted at much lower prices. “This also helps computer hardware engineers to purchase parts and peripherals for their old machines as well as for AMC, repair and maintenance purposes,” said
Pawan.
The show also acts as an annual get-together opportunity for channel partners, new entrants in PC business, students, small businessmen, offices, households and engineers.
