Xenitis Group of Companies, manufacturer of AamarPC, AamchiPC and AapnaPC brand of desktops and laptops, has been awarded ISO 14001:2004 certification by certification body-International Certification Ltd (ICL). The latter assessed the company's quality management system at its Purushottam Bati and Kodalia factories in Hooghly district, West Bengal and its office premises in Kolkata. 

The scope of the certification will cover manufacturing and supply of computers and computer related components. Commenting on the development, Xenitis Product and R&D Country Manager, Indrajit Sarkar said, "While the customer has always enjoyed the quality and value out of our offerings, this certification is to ensure that our processes are environmentally friendly, and can stand the exacting standards of ISO 14001.

The value proposition that accompanies this certification can now bring further peace of mind to the customers of our products, while bringing us on par with international standards. We have been able to achieve this with the faith imposed on us by the customers."
