Xerox Corporation and Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) together hosted a
live audio web-cast on Sep 28, 2009 to present a slide show online. It aimed to
make public the definite agreement which had been announced and pertained to
Xerox's acquisition of ACS.
This acquisition is expected to create a global enterprise for document and
business process management. ACS was purchased in a cash and stock transaction.
Prominent personalities responsible for this enterprise include Ursala Burns,
CEO-Xerox, Lynn Blodgett, President and CEO, Affiliated Computer Services and
