After a long wait, Tirupur IT Association (TITA) will conduct its first computer expo from July 24-26. The three-day expo will be held at Kulalar Kalyana Mandapam, Lakshmi Nagar, Main Road. The association has setup nearly 55 stalls for the expo, of which 40 have already been booked.

Tirupur association was formed in 2008 and conducting an IT expo was for long on the association's agenda. However, it was postponed due to various reasons. “This time it has been meticulously planned and we wish to conduct it successfully,” said K Babu, Secretary, TITA.

The association has allotted eight stalls for the sponsors; however so far, no sponsors have been signed up.
