Microsoft concluded its Coimbatore channel training event on May 6. A total
of 250 dealers were trained during the sessions organized in Madurai and
Coimbatore. The training session was a joint effort by Confed-ITA and Microsoft.
On Microsoft conducted such a training session with the association, PN
Prasad, President, Confed-ITA shared, “Microsoft has got products in various
categories, with different licensing being issued, along with other
technicalities involved. But dealers are not aware of such details and this
causes a lot of problems to both the vendor and dealers. Hence, Microsoft has
agreed to train dealers in the region.”
Prasad shared that his association, along with Microsoft will also be holding
a 'Retail Outlet Staff' training session in June. As part of this training
session, people working in the retail outlets will be professionally trained by
