The animation blockbuster, 'Hanuman', now comes to your PC, through a unique tie-up between leading entertainment conglomerate, Percept Picture Company, the executive producers of the movie and game developers and marketers, Aladdin Multimedia. Hanuman, the fun loving, naughty and lovable monkey king will be teaching children the three R's in a series of 10 edutainment titles to be released by Aladdin Multimedia across the next few months.

Apart from Aladdin Multimedia, Percept Picture Company has also partnered with Hanung, Diamond Comics, Plastech International for exclusive Hanuman Merchandise. Percept Picture Company is in talks and on the lookout for more partners to diversify the merchandising range.

Rajiv Warrier, MD, Aladdin Multimedia, said, “Hanuman is a favorite with children and hence we thought it best that instead of playing games with the character, we could draw up educational series for a greater contribution to a child's knowledge.” In the series, Hanuman plays teacher as he flips in and out of the screen, teaching children the basics of mathematics and how to make amazing crafts with material available in every home.

Mahesh Ramanathan, COO, Percept Picture Company, said, “For the first time a mythological character will be used in such an edutainment series. As Hanuman has been the most inspirational and popular icon amongst the children, we at Percept Picture Company believe that this is the best way to educate them.” Hanuman series of edutainment titles are priced at Rs 125 and will be available across all leading stores and malls in the city.
