F-Secure and VSNL will jointly offer comprehensive managed security services
like F-Secure's antivirus, firewall and spam filtering solutions. In addition,
there will also be a management platform that small and medium sized company
administrators can use to easily manage and get relevant reports related to
their internal environment.
For VSNL this management platform is the first of its kind and it will enable
them to provide high-quality desktop security services to business users. The
solution will be available for subscription through VSNL's online platform.
F-Secure's PC Security Shield offers a world-class complete solution to SME
companies. All the workstations and file servers are secured with F-Secure
solutions and there is minimum need for any experienced IT administrators to
maintain the network.
