IT solutions provider Visesh Infotecnics has reported a growth of 121 percent in
its revenue for the financial year 2005-06. As per the audited the revenue for
the year stood at Rs 784.64 million. The revenue in the previous year stood at
Rs 354.66 million. The company's net profit grew 465 percent from Rs 19.54
million in the previous year to Rs 110.46 million.
The earnings per share (EPS) has grown to Rs 4.10 (per Rs 10 paid-up share)
from Rs 1.31 in the previous year, despite an increase in paid up capital from
Rs 149.25 million to Rs 269.72 million over the period.
“It may be recalled that keeping in view of our healthy performance, the
company's board had declared a 10 percent interim dividend on January 23,
2006. With major plans for growth in the KPO/BPO sector over the current year,
the board has decided not to declare any further dividend for 2005-06, but, to
utilize accrued profits towards accelerated growth in the current year,” said
Sanjiv Bhavnani, CEO and MD, Visesh Infotecnics.
With plans to move forward at a fast pace Vishesh has now set its sights on a
third contact center in Gurgaon. Operations at its Hi-Tech Contact Center at
Electronics City, Gurgaon began in June this year. The center recently got
recognized for being one of the Best Implementations of IT Infrastructure in
