Microsoft announced a single toll-free 1600-111100 BSNL/MTNL number for all
customer and partner support in India. It will provide customers and partners a
seamless experience when contacting Microsoft Customer Service and Support. The
single toll free number also helps extend cost benefit to the customers and
partners, as they do not need to dial into an STD number to access the support.
Based
on customer feedback, in September 2005 the toll free number was extended to 28
additional cities across India. Further to that initiative, the customer service
and support offerings listed in the box to the right are now available from the
single BSNL/MTNL toll free number 1600 111100 to customers and partners across
India.
