Mumbai based distributor of PCs, peripherals and networking products RashiPeripherals Pvt Ltd has announced the opening of its Rashi Care Center (RCC)at Cochin. After Mumbai, Chennai and Delhi this is the fourth fully functional care center.

Along with all the product which are sold through Rashi, third party service will also be provided through this care center. As per Rashi Peripherals div- head Rajesh Goenka, " We have now two care centers functioning in Southern Region and one each in North & West. This is in line of our clear strategy of keeping sales and service two different aspects of distribution and adding value to our distribution."

He further elaborated, "We plan to have 12 fully functional RCC with-in this calendar year. All the service centers are manned by trained technicians who undergo regular training programs and skill improvement sessions by experts from vendor companies."

According to the company, the concept and implementation of RCC is one of the several value addition from it has undertaken and helps bringing service nearer to the channel community, as they concentrate more on the sales of the Rashi portfolio products and are assured about the speedy and accessible care centers. Rashi today has 32 branches all over India and offers one of the largest distribution network in India for IT Products distribution in India.
