Various associations from the Vidharba region including Nagpur, Amravati, and
Akol has sought the presence of vendors, at least with an authorised service
centre, in these regions. According to them, Nagpur has the highest IT
business in the Vidharba regions, but only one vendor (HP) has its own
office and authorised service centre in the region. For all other vendors, the
channel members have to coordinate with the Mumbai office for their needs.
By seeking vendors' direct presence in the city, channel members are hope to
solve grievances relating to delayed support and services.
