How different are your products as compared to others?
PenDrive's tagline 'Rewriting the Rules' clearly states that everything is
possible and there are no rules in our creations. PenSkinz, the most innovative
accessory from PenDrive launched in 2005 remains to be a highly demanded
accessory. Our ability to custom-make Skinz into different shapes and colors
enable PenDrive to position itself uniquely from competitors. Our latest
product, PenDrive Lipz, with a mechanism that's similar to a lipstick is a very
good example that shows PenDrive believes that dreams and imagination are the
gateway to new inventions.

What kind of channel partners would you like to be associated with in
India?
The consumers are increasing in India and the demand for Flash products is
becoming stronger with each passing day, and this is creating a lot of room for
our growth. In this digital era, everyone intends to have more than one storage
device. Furthermore, the rapid growth of smartphone and digital camera is
another main factor that attracts PenDrive to move towards the Indian market. To
successfully penetrate in the market here, we will engage with local channel
distributors and solution providers. With their full support, contacts,
experience, specialization, and the scale of operation, we believe PenDrive will
be able to build-up a strong brand image in the minds of Indian consumers and
hence increase its sales volume.
How do you see the market for your products?
Flash products are a very competitive and challenging business, as they are
price-sensitive. In PenDrive, we always try to think differently and emphasize
on the value of consumers. We practise to deliver more value-added features and
services to consumers without incurring any extra cost on the products and
services.
Do you have any plans to get into DRAM or SSD space?
We do have plans to get into the DRAM and SSD space. We will introduce these
products in our product portfolio very soon. We foresee that these new products
will become popular and widely used although the price is higher than the
ordinary storage devices.
What are some of PenDrive's upcoming launches?
We have just launched our external HDD range called 'PenDrive Sense' and our
wireless speakers called 'PenDrive Wireless Box'. Sense is bundled with 'Carry
It Easy Plus', a comprehensive data protection and backup software.
On the other hand, one can place the sound box up to 25m from the handy
transmitter and experience the noise-free digital transmission. Also, one can
easily add additional Wireless SoundBox loudspeakers and enjoy the full stereo
sound in other rooms too. With the supplied line-in cable, one can also use the
versatile Wireless SoundBox loudspeaker as a stand-alone stereo amplifier for
their MP3 players. The next target market for PenDrive is Russia and South
