| 14.Silicon Integrix :Post-Merger Growth Despite the merger of four IT companies into Silicon Integrix, the company
managed to iron out all issues and post a growth of 25 percent in 2006-07
When the four IT companies, Silicon Comnet, Integrix India, OA Compserve and
Premptive merged, it gave birth to a new end-to-end solution provider-Silicon
Integrix. But the entire merger process was so well-planned that the company
managed to post a healthy growth, rather than get in the post-merger quagmire
evident in most mergers.
Silicon Integrix touched the milestone turnover of Rs 100 crore in 2006-07,
and is planning to grow consistently and touch Rs 125 crore by the end of March
2008.
The company designed, implemented and supported data/voice communications
networks and business applications for many leading multinationals, PSUs and
Indian corporation houses. The range of services that Silicon offer are business
process management, messaging and collaboration, wireless, storage, IT security,
video surveillance, optimization, cabling and networking, datacenter and unified
communications.
Under business process management system, Silicon has developed Augment, a
comprehensive solution for rapid automation of processes. Augment Version 2.0
includes process server and document manager process developer.
Silicon has designed, deployed and managed Wi-Fi, WiMax, WiMesh, WLAN, WAN,
SDH, PDH wireless networks in licensed and unlicensed frequency bands. It has
also implemented both indoor and campus-wide wireless solutions, and
successfully deployed them for IIM Lucknow, Bharti Airtel, Godfrey Phillips etc.
