The company expanded its countrywide coverage from 72 to 92 locations. An additional 422 employees were recruited into the organization in the technical support, sales, marketing and middle management area. Last fiscal Allied Digital also opened an office in Sydney, Australia to tap the business potential there. It won several accolades in 2006-07 including an award from DQ Channels as 'Most Comprehensive Solution Provider' and 'Best Systems Integrator' by The DQ Week.

Chief project bagged by Allied Digital was the SAP Infrastructure Solution deployed by it for 22,000 SAPs using open source operating system. This was India's first large scale SAP deployment on a Linux platform. Besides this, it also deployed the asset management and endpoint security solution for over 45,000 users for the ICICI Group. According to Allied Digital, this is the largest deployment of asset management and endpoint security solution in Asia-Pacific region using LANDesk Management Suite. Apart from these two contracts, Allied Digital won the IT infrastructure management and IT outsourcing contract for five years from Otis Elevators.

The year 2006–07 saw Allied tying up with vendors like Echelon for intelligent building management system, Epicor for enterprise resource planning and Verint for IP video surveillance and video analytics solutions for physical security.

It has also tied-up with e-Cop to set-up e-Cop's security operations center in India. The future looks bright for Allied Digital with new initiatives like remote management services, TBPO etc. The company has plans to grow by 100 percent.

Recently Allied went for an IPO in the price band of Rs 170 to Rs 190 per share.
