Priya posted a turnover of Rs 147 crore in 2004-05, up 13% from the previous fiscal's Rs 130 crore. But the disty can't really afford to take it easy yet.

Last year as well, Priya continued to maintain a low profile. A striking aspect of the disty was that it did not add any new brands in the fiscal. Instead, it continued working with its existing brands like AMD, Edimax, MSI, Philips, Viewsonic and Western Digital.

Revenue wise, Philips, AMD, Western Digital and Viewsonic, were the star performers. All of these brands put together contributed 30% to the overall revenues.

Unlike other competitors of its, Priya didn't open any new branches in the last fiscal. It continues to have 22 branches and no employees were recruited either. The current manpower count stands at 200.

Although the company didn't add any new brands, it added product lines in the form of Philips monitors and AMD processors, which boosted its bottomline revenues.
